Senior Operations Manager – Paris Office (Hybrid)

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Senior Operations Manager for France, you will focus on the strategy and execution of in-field operations, support the fleet organisation in delivering operational excellence across set KPIs, and ensure successful city launches and completion of long term improvement projects. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with the local Operations team, the Fleet team, and third party logistics providers (3PLs) to contribute to the successful launch of Paris and the continued success of operations in France. This will include:

• Defining and shaping the strategy, performance metrics, and dashboards for in-field operations in France.
• Driving strategic and data-driven decision-making to improve operational excellence and KPIs (e.g. backlog, cost per repair, repair efficiency, uptime).
• Being the POC for 3PLs, managing the process and relationship from sourcing to contract negotiation, and collaborating with Fleet Managers to monitor performance and follow up.
• Supporting the Fleet and Site Managers on execution, acting as the bridge between central and local teams to drive compliance and continuous improvements of processes.
• Collaborating with the Operations teams in France, Italy, and Spain to identify improvement opportunities and maximise efficiency, revenue and overall success of operations in the region.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a structured and analytical problem-solver who can drive progress independently, lead effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. In addition to professional fluency in English and French, the right person has:

• Bachelor in business, economics, engineering or similar
• Professional fluency in English and French
• 3-5+ years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth start-up environment
• Strong analytical capability with ability to conduct analysis, identify underlying drivers, and deliver actionable insights
• Experience leading projects and driving implementation of improvements in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
