ICON seeks a Senior CRA based in Paris to oversee monitoring activities and ensure adherence to protocol and regulatory requirements.

As a Senior CRA, you will lead monitoring tasks on oncology trials, guide others, and travel up to 60% as needed to sites across the Paris region and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate on phase II/III oncology trials.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with strong organizational skills.
• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol, regulatory, and GCP compliance.
• Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data collection and reporting.
• Provide training to site staff to maintain high standards of conduct.
• Build and maintain relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
