Qualifications

• At least 10 years of professional experience in network security or network engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain (IT, networking, telecommunications, computer science or similar).
• EU nationality, or at least 10 years of residence in Europe (required for security clearance).
• Willingness to work onsite in Strasbourg around 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot the security platforms supporting cross-border connectivity.
• Implement security policies across multi-vendor firewall estates.
• Secure communications between central systems and Member State networks.
• Maintain monitoring, reporting and network visibility solutions.
• Support application delivery and load-balancing services.
• Drive capacity and performance management through dashboards and operational reporting.
