IQ 2.0 is looking for a seasoned .NET Developer in Paris to enhance their development team. This role involves designing web and desktop applications within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, with an emphasis on leadership and mentoring for junior developers.

You strengthen our development team and design web and desktop applications on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, while mentoring more junior developers.

Your responsibilities

• Help consolidate the existing development team.
• Design and build web and desktop applications with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Produce studies, technical and functional specifications and technical documentation, in liaison with the business owners.
• Set the delivery schedule in coordination with the business owners (MOA) and the IT systems manager.
• Carry out testing and acceptance.
• Handle the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications.
• Keep up with new developments, propose continuous improvements and share best practices.
• Guarantee the quality and on-time delivery of deliverables.
• Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Your profile

With a university or engineering-school background (Master’s degree minimum), you have at least 10 years’ experience in development focused on emerging technologies.

• Command of .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Entity Framework, SQL Server, etc.).
• You stay on top of new developments and are recognised for your rigour, initiative, open-mindedness and autonomy.
