Ubisoft’s Paris-based Legal Department seeks a Senior Legal Counsel, Music, to advise production teams globally on music-related licensing, synchronization, and related agreements. You will draft and negotiate music contracts in French and English, train creative teams, and collaborate with outside counsel to manage risk while supporting game development across studios.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in music law, ideally in-house.
• Proven track record drafting and negotiating music contracts including synchronization licenses.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an international, multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate music-related agreements (licensing, commissioning, distribution) in French and English.
• Provide strategic and practical legal advice to production teams.
• Be the go-to contact for music-related content questions for production teams across the globe.
