Emploive is seeking an experienced motion designer to craft high-quality motion across explainers, website animations, and social content. You will translate UI frames and product concepts into polished demonstrations, develop storyboards, and help define a distinctive motion language for cohesive brand experiences.

The role emphasizes collaboration with brand design, product marketing, and external agencies, along with exploring AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and scalability.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in motion design in brand/product/digital contexts with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to transform briefs into engaging visual stories that clearly communicate function.
• Deep understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, rhythm, transitions, personality).
• Strong brand/UI design understanding balancing expressive direction with clear product communication.
• Excellent storytelling and narrative instincts for structuring motion with setup, tension, and resolution.
• Experience creating reusable motion guidelines, templates, or component libraries.
• Experience integrating audio and motion to strengthen the overall creative experience.
• Comfort working from product UI with designers and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Curiosity about AI-powered creative tools and improving workflows.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and take initiative.
• Collaborative across internal teams and external partners.
• Portfolio-focused; education not required.

Responsabilités

• Design and produce high-quality motion across explainers, animations, paid social content, and brand touchpoints.
• Transform UI frames into polished product demonstrations and explainers communicating functionality and UX.
• Develop storyboards to move concepts quickly from concept to production.
• Define a distinctive motion language with branding patterns and transitions.
• Build reusable motion systems, including guidelines and component libraries.
• Explore tools like Jitter, Figma Motion, and AI-powered video tech to improve workflows.
• Produce short-form video variations for paid social testing across formats.
• Create scalable templates for product launches.
• Collaborate with brand design, product marketing, design ops, web, social, and external agencies.
• Explain strategic reasoning behind motion choices to stakeholders.
• Share workflows and learnings to foster team knowledge.
