Vibe.co is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own and advance the identity stack, turning events into targetable identities and scalable models. You will build production-grade ML systems, manage cost, and collaborate across Product, Sales, ML, and Finance to deliver measurable impact.

The role demands 5+ years of experience, hands-on use of Dagster, Spark, and Iceberg, and a track record of running large-scale systems in production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an ML engineer building and operating production services.
• Hands-on experience with Dagster, Spark, and Iceberg at scale.
• Experience running systems in production and managing performance and cost.

Responsabilités

• Design and operate identity pipelines to view users across data sources.
• Own and improve clustering to form users and households.
• Scale systems to billions of events and maintain production reliability.
• Shape the identity stack roadmap with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, ML, and Finance to translate needs into deliverables.
