Vibe.co in Paris is seeking a Lead for the Identity squad on the Data Platform team. You will own identity resolution at scale for targeting, measurement, and model training, setting technical direction and designing scalable pipelines.

You will mentor a senior engineer, optimize cost and observability, and extend identity capabilities for audience construction and attribution. Hybrid work in Paris.

Qualifications

8+ years of production ML or data systems experience.
Experience leading a senior engineer or team members.
Strong background in large-scale entity resolution or clustering.

Lead the Identity squad on the Data Platform team, owning identity resolution at scale for targeting, measurement, and model training. Responsibilities include setting technical direction, designing clustering algorithms and pipelines, making scalable architecture decisions, improving identity resolution accuracy, building observability and optimizing infrastructure costs, extending identity capabilities for audience construction and attribution, and leading a senior engineer. Requires 8+ years in production ML or data systems with leadership experience, expertise in large-scale entity resolution or clustering, strong distributed systems knowledge (Dagster, Spark, Iceberg), experience with evaluation frameworks, and managing performance and cost at large scale. Strong communication skills needed. Hybrid work model based in Paris.
