Yubo in Paris is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join the Platform Engineering team. You will own end-to-end ML initiatives across safety, recommendations, and product optimization, turning ideas into reliable production systems.

You will work on model development, deployment, monitoring, and ML platform evolution, collaborating with Data Engineering, MLOps, Backend Platform, and Product teams to raise the ML maturity of the organization.

Qualifications

• You have 5+ years of experience in ML / Data, including work on large-scale datasets.
• You have strong expertise in modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• You are highly proficient in Python (data ecosystem).
• You understand neural networks and practical experience with LLM-based systems.
• You know ML end-to-end (data → training → deployment → monitoring).
• You have production ML experience, not just research.
• You demonstrate strong product sense and align models with business needs.
• You can explain complex ML topics clearly and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end ML use cases (recommendation systems, safety algorithms, moderation models).
• Audit and improve lifecycle management of existing ML models.
• Refactor and retrain legacy models for current pipelines.
• Build reusable ML components to improve development efficiency.
• Improve monitoring and observability of production ML systems.
