Ipsen Pharma (SAS) in Paris is seeking a Senior Microsoft365 Engineer – Platform, Governance & Operations to own the end-to-end Microsoft 365 stack at scale. You will design, secure, and operate Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and Copilot, aligning with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise platforms.
• Excellent communicator with English and French.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Design, maintain and evolve the Microsoft 365 architecture across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Own governance, security and compliance configurations for Microsoft 365.
• Serve as Level 3 technical reference, lead incidents and coordinate with Microsoft Support and internal teams.
• Prepare and secure the tenant for Copilot, ensuring data governance and compliant usage.
