Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a Senior Microsoft365 Engineer – Platform, Governance & Operations to own the end-to-end MS 365 platform integrity. You will ensure Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and Copilot operate securely and in line with enterprise governance standards, collaborating with identity, security and infrastructure teams.

The role requires hands-on engineering across core workloads, ownership of incidents, and driving operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent, all-round communicator with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain the Microsoft 365 architecture across core workloads.
• Lead complex incidents and coordinate with Microsoft Support as needed.
• Define runbooks, monitoring standards, and service KPIs for operations.
• Ensure Copilot usage is compliant, secure, and value-driven.
