NAMSA, a leading medical device materials testing company, seeks a Senior Client Success Program Manager in Lyon (France) to liaison across labs and teams, guiding complex, multisite programs from scope to completion.

You will stabilize projects, provide visibility through meetings and updates, and coordinate stakeholders while enhancing the client journey with NAMSA portals and Salesforce data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; scientific discipline preferred.
• 7+ years in client-facing, operational, or program/project management roles in Med Tech, Med Device, Bio Tech and Pharma.
• Strong communicator with client empathy and service mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time-management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring clarity and alignment across labs and teams.
• Lead complex or multisite client programs from scope to completion.
• Recover and stabilize troubled accounts through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Provide program visibility through organized meetings, updates, and supporting materials.
• Identify risks early and de-escalate issues to keep programs on track.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent client interests internally.
• Support digital adoption and NAMSA portals for clients.
• Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and provide insights and reporting.
