Lucis is building a preventive health operating system to extend healthy years across Europe. The Medical Excellence role is the senior medical expert alongside product and Medical ops, shaping protocols, ranges, evidence, and member-facing language.

You will translate clinical judgment into scalable protocols and clinical content, collaborating with Medical ops, reviewers, and AI, while not owning product decisions or operations outside medical governance.

Qualifications

• MD with substantial clinical practice.
• Fluent English and French, publication-quality writing.
• Ability to translate clinical reasoning into product-ready protocols.

Responsabilités

• Define protocol logic, decision trees, and clinical rules.
• Establish biomarker thresholds and expert ranges.
• Review AI-generated medical outputs for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Ensure medical content and sign-off across biomarker explanations and protocols.
