ASTEMO FRANCE S.A.S. in Paris invites a Mechatronics Engineer to lead the integration of PCBA components into an automotive actuator housing, shaping mechatronic product architecture with thermal, EMC and packaging considerations.

The role requires a Master’s in a relevant field and 10+ years in automotive development, with fluency in English. You will work across electrical, mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to drive robust, safe mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electronics.
• 10+ years in automotive product development with mechatronics exposure.
• Experience integrating PCBAs into mechatronic or electromechanical products.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, EMC, thermal management and packaging.

Responsabilités

• Lead mechanical and mechatronic design for PCBA integration into actuator housing.
• Define PCBA-to-housing interface architecture and housing components.
• Coordinate development with electrical, electronics, software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality and suppliers.
• Lead design reviews, risk assessments and DFMEA activities; plan validation.
• Interface with suppliers for component development and manufacturing readiness.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specs and validation records.
• Maintain core technical knowledge and its formalization.
