Molex, part of the Koch family, seeks an experienced CAE engineer to support mechanical virtual validation and product digital twin initiatives at our Saclay site. You will drive FEA studies, automate CAE workflows, and mentor teams on nonlinear structural analysis while collaborating with product development groups.

The role emphasizes digital twin capabilities, simulation-to-test correlation, and continuous improvement of CAE processes. Some travel may be expected.

Qualifications

• Requires MSc/BS in engineering, chemistry, physics or materials science.
• At least 5 years of experience with FEA applications.
• Experience with scripting and CAE workflow automation.
• Experience with parametric CAD systems (UG NX, CATIA or SolidWorks).
• Strong root cause and failure analysis aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and provide mechanical engineering analysis support, predominantly FEA.
• Work on nonlinear durability and linear vibration simulations.
• Correlate CAE simulations to real-world performance and improve accuracy.
• Develop scripts to automate CAE processes.
• Use process automation tools to automate CAE workflows and build regression models.
