Bluesky seeks a storyteller and creator who shapes how the world sees Bluesky and makes stories happen, not just manage them. You will own our narrative, pitch creators and media, commission content, run campaigns and launches, and build journalist relationships. This cross-functional role requires ownership from idea to launch.

You’ll film for the feed, ghostwrite for the CEO, or brief reporters on our technical infrastructure, ensuring consistency with product releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in communications, marketing, content, or media.
• Portfolio of work: landed stories and campaigns.
• Strong relationships with journalists and creators.
• Exceptional writing and editing across platforms and tones.

Responsabilités

• Own Bluesky's story across press, channels, and the wider internet.
• Create content (posts, video, threads, explainers) and collaborate with creators.
• Source and manage speaking opportunities for leaders (conferences, podcasts, panels).
• Proactively pitch stories with journalists and creators, not just inbound requests.
• Build and maintain a wide network of reporters, creators, and community voices.
