Medtronic plc in France (Pont-de-Claix, near Grenoble) seeks a Senior Manufacturing Site Manager to lead the Grenoble site, ensuring safety, quality, service, cost, regulatory compliance, and transformation initiatives.

This role steers production, maintenance, engineering, and support functions with a strong Lean/Six Sigma orientation and a focus on continuous improvement within a highly regulated medical device environment.

Competenze

• Engineering degree with strong industrial focus and systems thinking.
• Proven track record in site leadership and operations management.
• Solid knowledge of quality systems, ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Define and deploy the site vision aligned with Medtronic strategy.
• Oversee manufacturing, assembly, planning, maintenance and engineering.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost performance.
• Lead audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
