Un groupe hôtelier international à Issy-les-Moulineaux recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de Communication & Relations Publiques. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un Master en gestion ou communication et plus de 5 ans d'expérience. Ce rôle implique le développement de stratégies de communication, la création de contenu pour divers canaux, et l'organisation d'événements internes. Des compétences en anglais et français sont essentielles. Le poste offre la flexibilité de travail à distance et de nombreuses ressources pour le développement personnel.

Qualifications

Job Description
External Communication & Public Relations
  • Support the development and execution of the Communications strategy for Premium brands across various stakeholder groups (B2B, B2C, B2O, B2E), with various channels, content, formats
  • Build and regularly update brand communications documents (brand press kits, brand messaging guide, boilerplate, notable addresses, etc).
  • Develop PR content for HUB teams to distribute. PR content such as press releases, media kits and trend reports; and Communications tools support regional roll out.
  • Develop strategy & execute leader advocacy for the Premium brands President with a social media agency
  • Provide leadership and oversight for projects developed in partnership with external agencies
  • Support the conception, organization and implementation of various projects and events.
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting briefing materials for executive profiling.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of PR and communication initiatives.
Development Communication
  • Support regional communication activity around new hotel openings and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with development and operational teams to showcase brand achievements and key differentiators.
Internal Communication
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of an engaging internal communication strategy to unite and inspire teams.
  • Create and distribute compelling content (presentations, videos, internal platforms, newsletters) that showcases brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with P&C and Operations teams to reinforce brand identity and values across Premium hotels.
  • Organize and manage internal brand-focused events (webinars, conferences, roadshows) to strengthen engagement.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in management/marketing, Communication
  • > 5 years in Communication, Marketing Agency experience would be a plus
  • Fluent in English and French is essential
  • Strategic oriented and analytical mind
  • Excellent communications skills (writing and speaking)
