The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain to optimise portfolios, improve gross profit, and realise commercial value through system

Qualifications

• Strong experience in leading cross‑functional transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable value.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple interconnected projects and ensure alignment to strategic priorities.
• Develop integrated programme plans with timelines, resources, budgets, risk mitigation and governance.
• Drive value realisation and profitability by optimizing portfolio and capital allocation.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain leaders to ensure roadmap feasibility and impact.
