Job summary

Resultance is seeking a visionary entrepreneur to lead its France expansion, with a focus on Lille. You will build and lead a local team, develop a high-quality client portfolio, and deliver transformation projects for SMEs, ETIs, and large groups.

This role blends strategic thinking with operational execution and people-centric leadership, collaborating with international teams to scale revenue and improve performance.
