Equinix recherche un responsable d’exploitation pour ses installations, capable de diriger des équipes expérimentées et d’assurer le respect des politiques opérationnelles et des budgets. Vous piloterez la gestion multi-sites, des incidents et l’amélioration continue dans un contexte d’infrastructures critiques.

Le candidat idéal maîtrise l’anglais écrit et oral, possède une expérience avérée en exploitation d’installations sensibles et un diplôme pertinent.

Qualifications

• Diplôme ou expérience équivalente exigé.
• Bac+2 à Bac+5 dans un domaine technique (électronique, HVAC, sécurité physique).
• Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et oral.
• Expérience dans des environnements de sites sensibles et d’opérations facilities.

Responsabilités

• Superviser des professionnels expérimentés et des cadres responsables.
• Diriger les équipes pour assurer sécurité, efficacité et réduction des erreurs humaines.
• Gérer les salaires, positions, embauches, évaluations et développement du personnel.
• Conduire la gestion de projets et la résolution d’incidents et de problèmes.
• Planifier et approuver les budgets; allouer les ressources pour les projets et la maintenance des data centers.
• Assurer la capacité multi-site et le respect des KPI et SLA.
• Veiller au respect des processus et à la documentation complète.
• Participer à la conception de nouvelles installations et infrastructures.

Job Summary

Establishes operational objectives, policies, procedures and work plans and delegates assignments to subordinates. Develops, modifies and executes company policies that affect immediate operations and may also have company-wide effect. Accountable for department budget which has a broad impact on the business segment.

Responsibilities

• Manages experienced level professionals and/or may be responsible for subordinate managers
• Manages team to work safely, effectively and with high regard to human error avoidance
• Manages personnel details including salaries, positioning, hire/fire, reviews, coaching, and development
• Leads in project management and incident resolution
• Plans, coordinates, approves budgets, and implements resources to complete projects and maintenance within the data centers
• Overall site and/or multi-site capacity management
• Manages the team to ensure completion to Equinix's required standards, (KPI's) Key Performance Indicators and (SLA's) Service Level Agreements
• Ensures correct processes are followed and all documentation is complete
• Takeover of new builds and building infrastructure
• Approves all (MOP) Maintenance Operation Protocol scripts and permits
• Participates as part of the new facility/infrastructure design team
• Communicates and coordinates activities and on-site staff during a complex or severe customer-impacting incident
• Drives root cause analysis and provides a clear direction
• Drives approval for incident resolution

Qualifications

• Proven years of related experience or equivalent work experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Bac+2 to +5 in a technical field (electronics, HVAC, fire safety, physical security, building management)
• Confirmed experience in similar functions, ideally in a similar environment of sensitive facility operations
• Very good written and oral English, capable of managing crisis communication with all internal and external stakeholders and drafting detailed incident reports
• Attention to detail, rigor, ability to communicate with third parties and internal clients, sense of responsibility and customer service
