The role focuses on presenting product knowledge, maintaining an impeccable appearance, and coordinating with the Store Manager to deliver an extraordinary store experience from collection creation to final presentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English and retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high professionalism.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Additional language skills and familiarity with CRM tools are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent Brunello Cucinelli to customers and convey the brand philosophy.
• Present the philosophy and craftsmanship from Solomeo to the boutique.
• Maintain a polished appearance and provide courteous service to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
• Oversee visual displays, window dressing and inventory management to ensure orderly stock.
