Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Linux Systems / Infrastructure Engineer – EMEA in Paris/Courbevoie to administer and scale Red Hat Enterprise Linux in enterprise environments, design and implement Linux-based infrastructure, and deploy OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms for cluster and workload management.

You will develop automation with Ansible, Bash and Python, manage VMware vSphere and virtualization, handle AD integration, and support backup and disaster recovery with Zerto and Rubrik,

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on Linux experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with RHEL and Linux administration.
• Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Scripting in Bash and Python.
• VMware vSphere or Red Hat virtualization experience.
• AD integration knowledge.
• Backup/DR with Zerto and Rubrik.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication in a multinational IT environment.
• Interest in automation and modern infraTech.

Responsibilities

• Administer, patch, troubleshoot and performance-tune RHEL environments at enterprise scale.
• Design, implement and maintain Linux-based infrastructure solutions.
• Deploy and operate OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms, with cluster/workload management.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, Bash and Python.
• Administer VMware vSphere and Red Hat virtualization environments.
• Manage Linux identity services and AD integration.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and data protection solutions (Zerto, Rubrik).
• Monitor infrastructure availability, performance and capacity and resolve issues.
• Participate in incident resolution for critical infra incidents.
• Collaborate with infra, security and application teams in a large multinational IT environment.
