Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Linux Systems / Infrastructure Engineer to join our EMEA team in Courbevoie, France. You will manage enterprise Linux environments (RHEL), deploy OpenShift/Kubernetes, and drive automation with Ansible, Bash and Python.

You will also handle virtualization (VMware vSphere), AD integration, and backup/DR strategies, contributing to incident resolution in a large multinational IT setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Linux experience, ideally RHEL, in enterprise environments.
• Experience with OpenShift and/or Kubernetes in production.
• Proficient with Ansible and scripting (Bash/Python).
• Experience with VMware vSphere and Red Hat virtualization.
• Knowledge of AD integration and backup/DR solutions (Zerto, Rubrik).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Linux, ideally Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience in Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Practical experience with Red Hat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Ansible and scripting in Bash and/or Python.
• Experience with VMware vSphere and/or Red Hat virtualization.
• Knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Active Directory integration.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Zerto and Rubrik.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of infrastructure security, monitoring and capacity planning.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a large multinational IT environment.
• Interest in automation, containerization and modern enterprise infrastructure technologies.
