Job summary

IQVIA Advisory Services seeks a Consultant/Manager to lead strategic consulting engagements for life sciences clients. You will work across Brand & Commercial Strategy, Pricing & Market Access, and Portfolio Strategy, delivering evidence-based recommendations that influence decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• 3–6 years in life sciences strategy consulting or related field.
• Experience delivering strategic projects in pharma.
• Ability to lead workstreams and manage client relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support multiple strategic consulting projects across the life sciences industry.
• Structure complex business problems and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate strategic insights.
• Design and oversee primary and secondary research activities.
• Manage stakeholders across client organizations, cross-functional teams, and project leadership.
• Design, structure, and deliver client reports, presentations, and workshops.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
• Support business development activities, including proposal development and pitch materials.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to internal initiatives.
