Based in Paris in a hybrid working arrangement, the role involves providing commercial, practical legal advice on go-to-market strategies, complex technology contracts, data privacy, compliance, and cross-border initiatives.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualifications: Qualified lawyer with a law degree and admission to practice law.
• Experience: At least 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) gained in-house or in private practice.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong commercial legal experience with understanding of intellectual property and data privacy principles.
• Skills: Drafting, negotiation, risk management, stakeholder management, and a growth mindset towards continuous improvement and innovation (e.g., AI and emerging tech).
