Exotrail is seeking a Senior leader for three multidisciplinary simulation teams (Structural, Thermal, CFD) in Massy. You will oversee technical, operational, and people management activities, driving quality, robustness, and cross-domain integration of simulation efforts across product development.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, 8–12+ years in numerical simulation, and proven team leadership in a complex industrial setting. Advanced tools experience is essential.

Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
8–12+ years experience in numerical simulation.
Proven experience managing technical engineering teams.
Experience in a complex industrial environment.
Strong expertise in Structural Analysis (FEA); Thermal Simulation; CFD; cross-domain leadership is essential.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach, and develop the team; participate in recruiting.
Set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
Foster technical excellence and cross-team collaboration; drive innovation.
Define team priorities based on project needs and milestones.
Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of simulation activities within resource constraints.
Allocate resources and manage competing priorities across projects.
Ensure quality, robustness and traceability of simulation results.
Review and approve simulation methodologies and analyses.
Promote verification & validation and simulation/test correlation.
Support engineering teams during design reviews and technical decisions.
