Dioxycle is seeking a Senior Lab Technician to scale lab operations as we develop our novel catalysis technology. You will be part of a team pushing forward our carbon utilization platform, ensuring timely sample prep and characterization to accelerate innovation.

The role requires 2+ years in a chemistry lab, with experience in NMR, DLS, and titration, and fluency in French with working English. Onsite in Saint-Ouen, France, offering a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a lab/industrial setting
• Chemical characterization experience (NMR, DLS, Titration) is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's in chemistry, materials sciences or related field is appreciated but not required

Responsabilités

• Prepare samples for characterization on a daily basis
• Perform routine chemical and physical characterization, such as NMR, titration, DLS, compression tests, on a daily basis
• Prepare pilot-scale chemical feedstocks
• Carry out electrochemical characterization and contribute to development of new methods
• Take care of waste and gas management
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of our work spaces and help with daily cleaning
• Ensure sufficient consumable and lab supplies at all times
• Ensure safety rules are followed and assist in writing new rules, standard operating procedures and risk assessments
• Manage all collaborations with external laboratories for characterization techniques and write reports to share with the team
• Production of electrodes & carry out general lab operations (inventories, maintenance, quality control and testing) and automate tasks wherever possible
• Actively foster a culture of safety in the lab
