A leading children's apparel distributor in the Île-de-France region is seeking a Senior Buyer/Merchandiser to create buy plans and manage seasonal assortments. Key qualifications include over 10 years of experience in textile buying, strong technical knowledge of apparel, and fluency in both English and French. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in textile buying and merchandising.
• Strong technical knowledge of apparel materials, construction, and cost impact.
• Proven experience working with US-based teams.
• Fully bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Create the buy plan to achieve category financial plans.
• Build and manage seasonal assortments in line with brand guidelines.
• Identify off-price product opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
• Analyze product availability and NOS performance.
• Oversee operational execution of buys.
• Build reports to monitor sales, inventory, and margin.
• Collaborate closely with US teams.
• Manage and support team members.
