Tata Consultancy Services France is seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer to join our delivery teams in Lille. You will design, build and operate microservices using Java Spring Boot, work with REST APIs and cloud-native patterns to support enterprise applications.

You will collaborate with global colleagues, document APIs, participate in DevOps practices, and ensure security and performance. Fluent French and English required; 4+ years in backend development and strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on backend development with Java and Spring Boot, including design, development, and troubleshooting of microservices-based applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java (8+) and Spring Framework; experience building RESTful APIs and relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
• Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (GCP), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab), and automation tools (Maven/Gradle).
• Fluent in French and English; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow for collaboration and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Provide support and enhancements for Java-based applications and microservices.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in Java Spring Boot services and databases.
• Monitor performance, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Document APIs, deployment guides, and support logs.
• Ensure code and deployments meet security and regulatory standards.
