RED Global is seeking a Senior Java Developer - Full-stack for Bucharest with a hybrid work model (2 days on site per week). This freelance engagement runs for 6 months+ and requires delivering enterprise-grade software within a multi-tier platform.

The candidate will design, develop, and maintain Java-based components, web services, and APIs, contributing to architecture and technical design while engaging in Agile ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional IT experience
• At least 5 years hands-on software development experience
• Expert-level Java development in complex environments
• Experience building enterprise web applications and multi-tier systems
• Proven experience designing and developing web services and APIs
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design
• Experience using UML-based design environments
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies

Responsabilités

• Analyse functional and technical specifications into maintainable software solutions
• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based components
• Develop web services and APIs for multi-tier applications
• Contribute to software architecture and technical design
• Follow object-oriented design principles and reusable patterns
