Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Senior Application Developer based in Luxembourg, with on-site work at the client premises in Strasbourg. You will join the development team and collaborate with a major IT group across Europe to deliver high-quality multi-tier web and mobile applications.

Requirements include a IT degree, 10+ years in software development, 5+ years in Java and Spring, Kafka, web services, and excellent English for this international assignment.

Qualifications

• University IT degree with 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years as software and application developer.
• Strong Java and Spring experience with Kafka.
• Experience developing web and multi‑tier web and mobile apps.
• Good knowledge of web services and development frameworks.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop, configure, maintain and document software components per design specs.
• Develop and integrate technological components.
• Develop interoperability components per the interoperability framework.
• Create and execute unit test specifications using the available toolset.
• Design automated testing scripts for unit and integration testing.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of the system.
