Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Project Management Officer / IT Transformation Officer to drive the transformation of a large international IT organization. You will establish governance frameworks, standardize ways of working, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to deliver measurable outcomes.

This hybrid role can be located in Madrid, Nantes, Brussels or Katowice, working within the Eurofins IT Solutions division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma are advantageous.
Fluent professional English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive the IT transformation roadmap and integrated action plan.
Coordinate governance activities; monitor progress, risks, dependencies and corrective actions.
Standardise operating models, templates, tools, and management practices.
Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and portfolio metrics for data-driven decisions.
Facilitate executive governance forums, steering committees and reviews.
Provide insightful reporting to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
Promote Lean, Agile and continuous improvement across teams.
Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
Foster accountability, transparency, collaboration and measurable outcomes.
