Job summary

SEIDOR in Strasbourg is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex IT projects within a European Union Agency. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery of software development and system integration initiatives while maintaining governance, security policies and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT project management experience.
• Experience in IT software development and/or system integration projects.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and IT governance.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes, security policies and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT software development and system integration projects.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and project activities.
• Monitor progress, resources, financials and quality indicators.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage change requests and ensure governance and change control.
• Prepare plans, reports and management presentations.
• Participate in steering committees and governance boards.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM, security policies and contractual requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and on-time delivery.
