Labcorp seeks a Senior Manager, IT to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of EDI and interoperability across the Revenue Cycle Management domain. You will align HL7, FHIR, and ANSI X12 with business goals, improve data exchange, and drive secure, compliant solutions across internal systems, payers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field and 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on EDI, healthcare integrations, and interoperability (HL7, FHIR).
• Or an Associate degree in the same field with 10+ years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of healthcare data integrations across EDI, EMR, and interoperability platforms.
• Oversee HL7 v2/v3 interfaces, FHIR APIs, and ANSI X12 transactions to ensure secure, real-time data exchange.
• Establish and execute EDI/interoperability strategy aligned with RCM goals.
• Oversee 820 payment processing workflows including reconciliation and integration.
• Ensure governance, standards, and documentation for EDI and interoperability.
