IXO is seeking a senior insurance professional for paid evaluation of complex AI reasoning. This engagement requires substantial insurance practice and prior hands-on assessment of AI outputs using structured rubrics.

Deliverables include research problems, reference solutions with reasoning and evidence, annotated assessments and improved grading guidance. Remote US-based work at $65–85/hr; availability of about 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of dedicated work in insurance, including underwriting, claims, actuarial analysis or risk management
• Hands-on evaluation of AI/LLM responses against rubrics or structured scoring rules
• Clear record of increasing responsibility (senior practitioner/leadership)
• Strong spoken and written communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsabilités

• Help identify weaknesses in how a model handles underwriting questions, claims analysis and risk
• Develop challenging insurance problems that test professional judgment
• Produce reference solutions showing reasoning and evidence behind answers
• Evaluate generated responses using structured rubrics, separating factual errors from judgment gaps
• Provide written feedback explaining deficiencies and required improvements
• Refine insurance assessment guidance and compare scoring with experts for consistency
• Deliver complete task packages, reference answers, annotated assessments and improved grading instructions
