Job summary

TotalEnergies is seeking a senior Inspection Manager at our refinery to lead a team of inspectors and oversee RBI-driven strategies for pressure equipment and piping integrity. You will coordinate with Process Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and HSEQI, ensuring regulatory alignment and contractor oversight.

You bring 10+ years in industrial inspection, strong leadership, and a solid grasp of RBI methodologies and regulatory requirements, with English proficiency at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field with strong knowledge of materials, corrosion, welding or mechanical engineering.
• At least 10 years in industrial inspection, mechanical integrity or maintenance of process facilities.
• Previous management experience is essential and experience in refining, petrochemical, chemical, energy or heavy industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of inspectors monitoring refinery equipment.
• Lead inspection activities across units and help define departmental priorities.
• Define, deploy and update inspection strategies and RBI-based plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of pressure equipment and inspection requirements.
• Supervise inspection and NDT services carried out by partner companies.
• Participate in audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities (DREAL).
• Contribute to the evolution of the Inspection Department.
