Job summary

TotalEnergies SE at the Donges Refinery is seeking a senior Inspection Manager to lead a team of inspectors overseeing pressure equipment, piping, tanks and pipelines across CDU/VDU and other units. You will deploy RBI-based inspection strategies and ensure regulatory compliance for all refinery assets, coordinating with Process Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, HSEQI and external inspectors.

You bring an engineering degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Corrosion, Welding or Mechanical

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in materials, metallurgy, corrosion, welding or mechanical engineering.
• At least 10 years in industrial inspection, mechanical integrity or maintenance of process facilities.
• Previous management experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of inspectors responsible for monitoring refinery equipment.
• Lead inspection activities across units and help define departmental priorities.
• Define, deploy and update inspection strategies, especially RBI-based plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of pressure equipment and inspection requirements.
• Supervise inspection and NDT services provided by partner companies.
• Participate in audits, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities such as DREAL.
• Contribute to management of the Inspection Department and its organization.
