  • Contractor & Supplier Management: Define document control requirements for contractors, consultants and vendors, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and compliance is monitored throughout project delivery.
  • Project Handover & Operational Readiness: Establish and oversee processes for the structured handover of project documentation, ensuring complete and accurate information is transferred from development and construction into operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong working relationships with project teams, senior leadership and key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring information requirements are understood and effectively managed.
  • Communication & Coordination: Establish effective communication and information-sharing processes across projects and functions, ensuring stakeholders receive accurate and timely information at appropriate stages of project delivery.
  • Training & Capability Development: Provide guidance, training and support to employees and external partners on document control systems, processes and standards, helping to build strong information management capability across the organisation.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement: Develop appropriate measures to monitor document control performance and compliance, identify recurring issues and implement improvements across projects and the wider organisation.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture lessons learned and promote the effective retention and reuse of organisational knowledge, supporting continuous improvement and consistency across Verne's development portfolio.
