Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent higher technical education.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a high-precision, electronics, advanced manufacturing, or comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and complex production flows.
• Experience managing production KPIs, operational performance, and improvement initiatives.
• Experience leading production teams and developing frontline managers.
• Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with industrial maintenance or production reliability is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operations within a complex high-technology manufacturing environment
• Monitor production KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and implement corrective action plans
• Coordinate production, technical, maintenance, and support teams to ensure operational continuity
• Manage production capacity, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Coach team leaders and support the development of operational teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and internal operating standards
• Lead structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis for significant operational issues
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement efficiency and process improvements
• Support internal and external audits and ensure appropriate follow-up of corrective actions
• Lead cross-functional continuous-improvement and operational-development projects
