Gramian Consultancy seeks an experienced Production Unit Manager for a permanent on-site role in Neuchâtel canton, Switzerland. You will oversee a specialized precision-manufacturing unit, drive production performance, and ensure quality and process consistency.

You will lead a small technical team, industrialize new references, and provide first-level technical support while coordinating priorities with delivery needs. Fluency in French is required.

Qualifications

• Technical vocational qualification or equivalent manufacturing education.
• Minimum of 5 years in precision manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
• Hands-on experience with high-precision production processes.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational performance of a specialized precision-manufacturing unit.
• Optimize equipment, materials and workforce to meet targets.
• Coordinate production priorities with delivery requirements.
• Supervise a small technical production team and ensure procedures.
• Support quality standards and production documentation.
