Cloudera is seeking a Senior Incident Response & Resiliency Engineer to lead IR, BCP/DR programs, and backup/recovery initiatives. Reporting to the Director of InfoSecOps, you will maintain emergency playbooks, run tabletop exercises, and coordinate crisis communications across teams.

You will bridge security, IT, and leadership to ensure regulatory readiness and that recovery capabilities meet RTO/RPO targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity/BCP/IT risk management.
• 4+ years of cybersecurity operations, incident response, BCP/DR.
• Experience with NIST ISO 22301/34 and security automation concepts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and convey risk to leadership.

Responsabilités

• Map application ownership chains to establish zero-day readiness and eliminate gaps.
• Lead crisis communications during advisories and major events.
• Maintain and test IR/BCP/DR playbooks and run tabletop exercises.
• Support high-severity security incidents and disaster activations with timelines.
• Lead Post-Incident Reviews and After-Action Reports to drive remediation.
• Develop KPIs and maturity metrics for IR readiness and DR testing.
