IQVIA is seeking an Associate Director in Health Technology Assessment Strategy and Implementation to lead HTA programmes and provide strategic advisory across global pharma, biotech and device clients. The role focuses on market access, reimbursement and evolving HTA requirements.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or higher in HTA, health economics or related field with strong experience in consulting or industry.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated leadership and team coaching capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Act as a senior strategic advisor on HTA evidence planning, market access and reimbursement.
• Lead design and delivery of global and regional HTA programmes with limited oversight.
• Guide clients through EU Joint Clinical Assessments and national HTA submissions.
• Shape IQVIA HTA offerings in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence.
• Develop senior client relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Provide executive oversight across multiple projects ensuring scientific quality and commercial success.
• Lead senior client discussions, negotiations and risk mitigation.
