IQVIA seeks an Associate Director in Health Technology Assessment Strategy and Implementation to lead HTA programmes, shape offerings and drive client engagements across global markets. The role focuses on HTA evidence planning, market access and reimbursement optimisation with senior-level responsibilities.
The successful candidate will manage complex engagements, provide strategic recommendations, and collaborate with IQVIA teams worldwide.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in HTA, health economics, economics, life sciences or related field with 8+ years of experience.
- Experience preparing HTA evidence strategies and submissions in UK/Europe.
- Strong leadership, client management and project oversight capabilities.
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead complex HTA programmes and global/regional submissions.
- Develop senior client relationships and grow accounts.
- Guide HTA requirements, early scientific advice and reimbursement processes.
- Shape IQVIA HTA offerings in collaboration with the Centre of Excellence and leadership team.
- Provide executive oversight across multiple projects and ensure quality and commercial performance.
