Greenvolt is looking for a Health and Safety Specialist in Paris to implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across photovoltaic project sites. The role includes conducting inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring legal compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering, a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention, and at least 3 years of experience in relevant fields. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, alongside knowledge of ISO standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in site/construction.

Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Health and Safety Specialist who will ensure the implementation and monitoring of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards across photovoltaic project sites.

You will be responsible for risk prevention, regulatory compliance, site inspections, and incident management, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and local authorities to ensure safe and compliant operations aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct PRL visits and inspections.
  • Conduct and review risk assessments of the different work positions.
  • Deliver training and awareness sessions to workers.
  • Monitoring of PRL statistics
  • Preventive Activity Planning
  • Define, implement and follow up the action plans related to PRL, Environment and Quality.
  • Ensure the management of the documentation of workers and subcontractors.
  • Manage procedures for coordination of activities with external companies.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and report accident rate metrics.
  • Implementation of Health, Safety and Environment Policies,
  • Procedures and organization of Health, Safety and Environment documentation.
  • Ensuring and controlling legal compliance of PRL and environment, applicable standards.
  • Supervision and maintenance of legal and contractual documentation of contracts.
  • Participation in Risk Assessment analysis for job activities,
  • Supporting corporate project management activities in Health, Safety and Environment, and following corporate policies, practices and processes.
  • Management of permits and certifications for Safety, Health and Environment related activities.
  • Participate, review and analyze incident or non-conformity investigation reports and follow up on action plans.
  • Management with local authorities (communications to labor authority, civil protection, fire department and other authorities relevant to the activity).
Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • Master in Occupational Risk Prevention with the three specialties (Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology).
  • Senior Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PRL functions.
  • Experience in the elaboration of Safety Plans
  • Experience in the use and governance of CAE platforms
  • Experience in site/construction
  • Experience in activities involving electrical hazards and falls from heights.
  • Knowledge in risk analysis and environmental assessment
  • Knowledge of Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) (highly valued)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
