Lenstra, a HashiCorp specialised Partner, is seeking engineers to support our enterprise clients with Vault, Terraform and Consul. You will work in a security team, enabling secret management, integrating systems, and advising teams using HashiCorp technologies.

You will program mainly in Python and Golang, participate in training programs, and attend engineering events such as HashiConf; remote work in Paris is available with onsite 3 days and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on customer success.
• Fluent in Python or Golang.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert-level guidance and support to customers in the deployment, scaling, and management of Vault, Terraform, and Consul solutions.
• Analyse customer requirements, recommend solutions, and provide technical assistance in the implementation of HashiCorp products.
• Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and webinars to educate customers on best practices for utilizing HashiCorp technologies.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including reference architectures, white papers, and case studies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest product features, industry trends, and best practices to serve as a trusted advisor to customers.
