About the role

• Own infrastructure management, monitoring and disaster recovery.
• Take on DevSecOps responsibilities — secrets management, security posture, pipeline hardening.
• Optimise cloud architecture for performance, security and cost.
• Share knowledge, write documentation, and stay sharp on what's new.
• One thing worth flagging: part of the ramp-up will involve getting hands-on with HashiCorp Vault. If you haven't used it yet, that's fine — we'll support you. If you already have, even better.

• Comfortable in cloud environments. Solid knowledge of public or private cloud.
• Humble and growth-oriented. You take code reviews as a chance to learn, not as a verdict.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and French.
