Gramian Consultancy, a boutique IT consultancy, seeks a senior technical product manager to own strategy and commercialization of advanced hardware-security products. You will lead product lifecycle, roadmap, GTM, and P&L with cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, customers, and industry bodies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product lifecycle or technical product management.
• 3+ years with physical hardware cybersecurity products.
• Strong knowledge of embedded security architectures, cryptography and secure hardware modules.
• Experience with hardware-security certification/evaluation processes.
• FIPS, Common Criteria and TCG specifications familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Own product roadmaps, business cases, GTM strategy, and P&L.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, customers, and industry bodies.
• Design test cases covering functional, regression, and edge-case scenarios.
• Execute manual and automated tests and document reproducible results.
• Identify, log, classify, and track software defects.
• Evaluate technical outputs against defined quality criteria and rubrics.
• Provide detailed written feedback and annotations on identified issues.
• Validate fixes and confirm expected system behavior.
• Document testing steps, findings, and evidence clearly.
• Collaborate with project teams to improve testing and evaluation guidelines.
• Maintain consistent quality standards across high-volume review tasks.
• More than 10 years of product lifecycle or technical product management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with physical hardware products in cybersecurity, enterprise computing, networking, semiconductors, or a closely related field.
