Job summary

Powerdot is building a network of EV chargers across France and seeks a hands-on Senior GTM Coordinator to identify and validate new partnership opportunities. You will blend analysis with commercial thinking and drive cross-functional execution to test and scale valuable collaborations.

In this role, you will design propositions, own end-to-end execution, set targets, and coordinate teams across Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data and Brand.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in consulting or operating role at a fast-growing company.
• Comfortable initiating conversations where no established relationship or inbound pipeline exists.
• Ability to structure a partnership proposal and reason through practical/commercial implications.
• Analytical thinker who links work to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and validate new partnership-led growth opportunities in France.
• Turn opportunities into clear business cases and pilots with scope, value exchange and success metrics.
• Take ownership of execution from initial outreach through launch and performance review.
• Set targets, analyze results, and decide whether to scale, adapt, or stop.
• Coordinate Pricing, Product, Engineering, Data and Brand while maintaining momentum and accountability.
• Document learnings so successful approaches can be repeated and unsuccessful ones are not repeated.

• You are comfortable experimenting, learning quickly and stopping ideas that do not work.
• You are organised, proactive and able to coordinate several teams without losing ownership.
• Also valuable:
• Relationships or experience across consumer services, financial services, automotive, leasing, retail, utilities or fleet in France.
• Experience in EV charging, energy or mobility.
• Experience in a company where the commercial model was still being developed.
