Contentsquare, a global experience analytics leader, seeks an experienced General Accountant in Paris for a fixed-term contract starting mid-January 2027 to cover parental leave. You will handle general ledger tasks, close activities, tax declarations, and financial reporting, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international setting.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, French GAAP familiarity, and bilingual fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of General Accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; US GAAP is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English; international environment.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day General Ledger operations, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in IFRS and French GAAP.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations and support audits.
• Maintain records of prepaid expenses, accruals, provisions, and fixed assets.
• Assist in internal and external financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to process improvements and ERP system enhancements.
• Implement and document accounting policies and controls.
